We are looking for a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our Education and Engagement team in Ōtāhuhu. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to support our mahi and ensure our services run smoothly.

ATWC (Anglican Trust for Women & Children) is a well-established Charitable Trust with over 160 years of service to families in our community. Guided by the values of Hope & Aroha, Compassion & Respect, Whanaungatanga, Stewardship, Integrity & Professionalism, we deliver multi-disciplinary services that empower tamariki and whānau across Auckland.
About the Role
The Administrator will play a key role in providing efficient, accurate, and timely administrative support to the Education and Engagement portfolio. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring our services are delivered to the highest standard.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and can balance working independently with being a supportive team member.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have proven experience as an Administrator
- Be confident with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be highly organised, with strong time management and initiative
- Work effectively both autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Show integrity, professionalism, and a strong team spirit
- Hold a full New Zealand Driver’s Licence
