This is a confirmation that you have successfully submitted your referral to the ATWC Family Start service.
Please note that following processing, new referrals received will take around 4-6 weeks to be screened. Screening includes the arrangement of an Initial Contact assessment visit, as well as the allocation of a Family Start social worker. If your referral is high-risk and requires urgent attention, please contact Family Start Practice Manager, Kawkeb, directly on (09) 276-3279.
You will be notified on the status of your referral as the referral progresses.
