We are looking for a motivated and organised People & Culture Administrator to join the ATWC People & Culture Team. This is a permanent full-time role based in Ōtāhuhu, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to HR, payroll, and health & safety projects across the organisation.

About the Role

As part of a close-knit People & Culture team, you will:

  • Provide HR administration support across the organisation
  • Process fortnightly payroll alongside the Human Resources Coordinator
  • Support Health & Safety initiatives
  • Uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi and demonstrate cultural awareness and humility

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Have 1–2 years’ experience in HR support or administration

  • Be familiar with HRIS systems (ideally ELMO)Have experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • Maintain employee records and compliance documentation accurately

  • Demonstrate strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills

  • Pay high attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Understand NZ employment law and H&S regulations, or be willing to learn

  • Be resilient, focused, positive, and energetic

  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and strong values

  • Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
