As the HR Business Partner, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of two HR Coordinators. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace environment, ensuring it aligns with our vision, mission, and values.
About the Role:
This role is a true generalist, and we are looking for someone that can work at both an operational and strategic level. It is a role that makes a material impact to not only the employee experience but our clients and community.
Key Responsibilities:
In this multifaceted role, you will:

Embody Leadership and Culture: Lead the team in delivering exceptional service and promote best practices in HR. Foster a workplace culture that values ethics, inclusivity, and accountability.

Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Champion H&S practices across the organisation, lead initiatives that enhance engagement and promote employee wellbeing.

Operational Effectiveness: Drive the HR calendar, people plan, oversee payroll, and empower leaders with best-in-class HR practices. Identify training needs and implement effective solutions.

Recruitment and Selection: Develop efficient recruitment strategies, manage relationships with key partners, and ensure robust pre-employment vetting.

Organisational Design: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to design effective team structures aligned with strategic goals.

Employment Relations: Provide support in managing performance issues, grievances, and complaints.
Qualifications:
-
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar (desirable)

Experience in a Senior HR position
-
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
-
Proficiency in HR software and systems
-
Proven experience rolling our strategic HR projects and or HRIS
