Mō te tūnga | About the role
We are offering a permanent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Whanau Support team. You will be primarily based in Ōtāhuhu and will be required to work one or two days a week from our Avondale office. We are seeking someone with a positive can-do attitude, a supportive team player with the ability to work unsupervised and who demonstrates initiative. The Administrator will be a key member of the administration team to assist with the efficient and timely support to our internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
· Experience as an administrator
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Confidence in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
· The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
· Superior time management, initiative and self-motivation.
· Enthusiasm to support and assist colleagues as required.
· A high level of integrity
· Strong team player
· Full New Zealand Driver’s License
