The Anglican Trust for Women and Children (ATWC) is passionate about supporting over 3000 children and their whanau. ATWC has a range of vital social services and support programmes based in the homes, schools and communities we serve.

Based in Otahuhu, the Engaging Priority Families Initiative concentrates on connecting families to identify and value early education for their tamariki. We need a great communicator with wonderful community knowledge who has an enthusiasm for learning. You are a highly motivated; problem-solving person looking to join an established team, who can engage families and their 3 & 4 year old children into early childhood education and then to transition them successfully to primary school. A key component of this role is also working alongside a variety of ECE providers.

Required attributes:

Eligible to work in NZ
Understanding of Early Childhood Education
Knowledge and experience in working with Maori, Pasifika and migrant families
Computer literate
Clean full driver’s license
Sense of humor
