We welcome your feedback. If you have a compliment, suggestion, concern, or complaint, we'd like to hear from you. Your feedback helps us improve our services.
How to make a complaint
You can make a complaint at any time by:
- talking with the practitioner working with you or their manager

You can also ask a family member, whānau member, advocate, or another support person to help you make a complaint or make one on your behalf.
Making a complaint will not affect the support or services you receive. We will listen to your concerns, outline the process we will follow, respond as quickly as possible, and keep you informed throughout the process.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we can provide information about independent advocacy or external complaints services.
