Residential Coordinator – Residential Parenting Programme

ATWC are offering a fantastic full time opportunity for a skilled Residential Coordinator to provide support and coordination to our Granger Grove residential parenting programme.

You must have a sound understanding of working with families/whanau with high and complex needs.    You need skills in coordinating the day to day activities of families living in the residence, oversee residential support staff to efficiently carry out their roles and responsibilities, provide professional support to residential staff to implement individual family plans, carry out administrative tasks and ensure that organisational policies and regulations specifically Health and Safety are maintained for the benefit of residents and staff.

What you need:

  • Experience working in residential setting
  • Experience in working with complex family systems
  • Child development knowledge
  • Experience in teamwork, networking, collaboration and establishing and maintaining strong inter agency relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current drivers license
