Finance Assistant (Full-time)

The Anglican Trust for Women & Children (ATWC) is a multi-disciplinary Social Services organisation with over one hundred and sixty years of service to families in our community. We are offering a full-time opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team in Otahuhu.

 

The Role:

 

The successful candidate will provide support to the Finance Officer and assist with bank and credit card reconciliations, banking, data entry and filing.

 

 

About you:

 

You will have 1-2 years relevant work experience.

Previous finance experience or qualification is not essential, although a basic understanding of accounts is desirable.

You will need to be able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Be computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly.

Highly accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.

Resilient and focused work ethic.

Presentable and highly organised.

Must be elegible to work in NZ.

 

This position would suit someone who is wanting to build upon their finance/accounts experience and willing to expand their own skills base as well as contribute to the smooth running of the Business Operations team. You will have a full NZ driver’s license, be eligible to legally work in NZ and obtain a Police Check clearance.
