Entry Level/Junior Administrator (Full-time)

The Anglican Trust for Women & Children (ATWC) is a multi-disciplinary Social Services organisation with over a hundred and sixty years of service to families in our community. We currently have a vacancy for an Entry Level/Junior Administrator to join our Youth Worker in Secondary Schools (YWiSS), Granger Grover and Therapy teams based at our office in Ōtāhuhu.

Mō te tūnga | About the role

This busy and varied role will suit someone who is a supportive team player with the ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and hold strong IT skills with a positive can-do attitude.

The role is varied and includes:

  • Administrative & programme support to the team
  • Data entry
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Maintaining clear systems for retrieving and adding client information
  • Excellent customer service with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the organisation administration team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Microsoft Office systems, database management and spreadsheets skills
  • A high standard of professionalism and work ethic
